    Your question is not complete. 37.5kv identify voltage of the original transformer, 62,000 watts identify the power rating of the second transformer. did you intend to say 37.5 KVA, If that is so, the answer is NO.

    This not a criticism of posts 3,4,5,&6., but what would someone understand from what is stated , even though what is stated is true. I think if the OP  says how he explained it , we can build on it. I think what you  UNDERSTAND is what is important.
