Is electricity really the flow of electron or actually it is the vibration of electron or something else?
because flow of electric current is directly propotional to the cross sectional area.
If the current is flow of electron then free electrons must flow on the surface of free electrons and hence it should have been the fact that electric current is directly proportional to the perimeter of its cross-section
