    Executive Manager- Lighting Factory

    Salary Proposed: SR25,000 – SR30,000 monthly plus benefits

    Job Purpose:

    Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations of the Lighting factory (spotlight, Fluorescent, and energy saving lamps), enhance productivity levels & meet approved quality levels with high responsiveness to market needs & business opportunities  

     

    Minimum Qualifications:  
    –       graduate degree in engineering, a post graduate degree is a plus

     

     Minimum Experience:

    –       Minimum of 12  years of experience in a leading Electrical Products company with Product Life Cycle

    • Knowledge of Policies and Procedures

    • Business Skills and Understanding

    • Financial Awareness,

    • Performance Management.
