The Plastic conduit installation standard

Dear All,

I would like to ask you about the installation of Plastic conduits, PVC, PE ect. in America and Europe.

 

Can you tell me the criteria of plastic conduit installation?

Can I use the plastic conduits in the high building more than 23 meter from the earth?

What is the installation standard?

NEC 352 give's rules for PVC installation. Also NEC 362 for nonmetallic tubing which is in essence PVC. There doesn't seem to be any provision forbidding the use of PVC conduit in high buildings however, there are rules for spacing the supports.
