Switch Capacitor bank, power factor correction

Can you help me to find a capacitor that would only operate when a certain load is applied. It will correct power factor and it can be installed to secondary side of the system.

capacitor bank should be connected o main power supply and have rouls and function to estmaite what is exact capacity and should be sets not connected one stage it must be connected step by step as per connected load, and all switch gear manufacturer brand name asembed capacitor ban.
