Hello, I am a designer for lighting and electro engeenering for marine vessels.

Now, it is time to use the LED technology on ships. I am very good with calculation, but I have a problem.

Is there any software wich is suitable for calculation of LED lighting?

Actualy, I need to calculate light intensity similar as with fluo tubes (CFL), but can I be sure that all required data for other kinds of sources (incadescent, CFL, HPS…) will be valid also for usually used formula.

Maybe I can just use some of known softwares, as  Dialux or Optiwin?

Please advise me how to calculate with particular LED source which is not in database of any mentioned software.

Does anyone knows something about it. Now I started from the begining, studing the photometric from the basic. I am wery cloase to do that without a software, but software is “updated” calculation.

    Can anyone help with this?
