i am using an electrical machine which has a motor where the kick load is close to 1000A which lasts for about 4-5 seconds after which the load drops to appx. 90A. The load cycle of the machine ranges from 90A to 300A.I am currently in Low tension connection which barrs me from drawing more than 300A .The starting current is not a problem as the fuses have been changed and matched the starting current though the fuses do not last more than 3-4 days. The major problem is since the fuses have been so strongly put i am lacking any kind of safety measure  where the machine can trip over and above 300-350A.And 2ndly any suggestions where i can have fuses which will match the kick load and can last for more time. Please help
