what is a relationship between the power factor and frequency?

Power factor is related to lagging between current and voltage .

Of course, for a given load and voltage, power factor will change with frequency as relative impedances of coils and purely resistive loads will change.

The Power Factor is the ratio of the active power (kW) to the apparent power (kVA). PF = kW/kVA.

The is no mention of frequency in this formula.

However, as explained by Olivier, for a given load, the power factor will vary depending on the frequency, because the impedance and the apparent power will vary.

May I ask you why are you asking this question?
