help in Project Study Reports

my subject is to perform a  system controlling  slide door ,and managing flow of person working on  the stuff,the object is to reduce use of slid door-glass to avoid break by holding open if someone detected,second object is to impose all man to validate fingerprint with a print redaer.bref can someone help me to get a plan of report .i have 2 modifications of automatism structure of system but the problem what next step in report? do i have to search material ?or do an implementation of my solution?
