Is this a desirable condition for the generator?Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks 2013/07/27 at 5:07 am #13329 AnonymousGuestThe power factor almost lagging. In most of the cases the exciter for the generator are use the inductive drives which has the lagging power factor ,since in addition the pf of the generator becomes lagging. 2013/07/28 at 7:21 am #13333 AnonymousGuestLagging power factor. 2013/07/31 at 7:54 am #13343 AnonymousGuestwhen generator is under exited i.e. it will absorb reactive power from the system i.e. it acts as an inductor so the power factor is lagging..AuthorPostsViewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total)You must be logged in to reply to this topic.Log In Username: Password: Keep me signed inLog In
