    My fellow engineers, i which to know the best earthing/grounding installation which will be suitable for a mill and housing estate located within a palmtree platation with heavy lighting treats.

    If you have not a local standard you may take a look on NFPA 780, Standard for the Installation of Lightning Protection Systems US standard. Annex F Protection for Trees.
