    Hey!

Can someone explain me main differences between this two modes(off-grid and on-grid)

Which units we control with turbine-governor in both cases?

    Hi,

“On-Grid” systems are tied to the grid, which means that the wind turbine is backed up by the electrical grid in case it’s battery bank is insufficient to supply the required kW.

“Off-Grid” Systems, on the other hand, are independent systems which would run without the need for the electrical grid’s back up.

Most of the time, Off Grid systems require large capacity installations than those that are grid tied.
