I total agree with the point that circuit breaker more convenence in operation than fuse. In case of failure of electrical system such as overvontage or short circuit.etc, you have to replace the old fuse by new one, in the other hand, if you use circuit breaker, one action you must do is turn switch on. :)
However, if your budget is limited, fuse-disconnector is the best solution that saving your investment almost 50%.
From your question: ” In terms of service continuity, integration of renewable energy, network management in general …”, circuit breaker is prefered.
