High voltage protection of transformers: fuse or circuit breaker?

We already had very interesting exchanges around this question, in articles provided by 3 authors from different countries and with different opinions, who brought the pros & cons of both solutions.

But what is your own opinion on the subject?

As a design office, the trend you see is :

1. more and more circuit breakers

    2. no evolution, still a majority of fuses

As a facility manager or end-user, what is the solution that answers best your existing or future needs
