unknown flow of current

i’m living in triplicane and the power cut timing here is from 10-12.but still even in that time the LED’S in the spike buster glow and it gives ample amount of current to charge the mobile, why is it?

and will it lead to any shocks??

Perhaps due to the capacitance in the spike buster’s electronic circuitry. How long does the LEDs glow?

it always glows sir…even though there is power cut the led does glow always and even at times i’m able to charge the mobile…might it be any leakage current?

it’s so strange! i think it has a fault in your charging circuit. But don’t worry about this because the power loss in this case is very low.
