Interesting point. Everyone is different and reacts differently in different situations. I think one way to solve this problem could be to implement a system that would be intelligent but also fully controlled by its occupier if needed. The user would then have the luxury to setup the his own intelligent and automatic system in a way that pleases him. E,g automation of certain features only when people are having conferences, or automatic switching off of certain features based on specific dates,etc.. That could work i believe.
