When we use a resistive load bank to test for the capacity of a 3 phase generator, the pf of load bank is 1.0, the pf of genset is 0.8. When the indicator of load bank is 100kw, what is the capacity of the generator, 100kw or 100kva.
Can we say that the capacity of the generator is only 100kva because 100kw of pf 1.0 in load bank without considering the genset pf of 0.8.
