Good Day! Can I ask something? Usually how many years or months the motor bearing will last if it is running 24 hours everyday? And what is the effective preventive maintenance to extend their life span?

Every 9000 to 10000 hrs bearing to be replaced for continuous running motor.
i am sharing you with my practical experience. 22 kw 2900 rpm motor of compressor runs 24 hrs and bearings got damaged after 3500 hrs.To save the motor from damage ,we inspect the bearings between 2800-3000 hrs and this is the stage from where he damage starts.On other hand,he bearings of slow speed motors runs between 8000-10000 hrs.
