1. brush holder may be damage

2. commutator stip may be dismental

Theres may be problem in commutator actually theres having some grouvelike .5 mm in the commutator i am sending for machining and polishing after that i will give u reply

Maximum carbon brush damage issue create from commutator only and you can check with brush holder fixing arrangement and foundation.
