Hope this is easy for someone to help me with. I have a irrigation well that is 2900 feet from the power meeter site. The end power usage for the well is 220 volt single phase with a 40 amp breaker. What # wire will I need and do I need a transformer to increase the power at the meeter and then another decrease the power at the well. If so what transformer would you recommend?
